05/09/2010: Training will now be from 10.00am till 11.30am every Saturday.
Please ensure you are there at least 5 minutes before 10 to ensure you are able to
pay the subs (£3 to Nick) and are on-time to begin training.

Should you not be able to attend training, you must let Liz or Nick know.
